New Year's Resolutions

It's of course a new year and I had set out to do some things differently this year. One was to improve my health. So far it's gone well. Cutting back on the volume of food. I'm especially thankful to be doing the treadmill regularly. I've set out to do 5 days a week and so far I have exceeded that. I've already noticed a little more room in my pants and shirts. I'm up to 2.12 miles in 30 minute which includes a 3-4 warm up.

I'm also set out to read the Bible in 16 months. So far, I'm ahead of schedule on that. Using the YouVersion Blended reading plan.

Also tracking my time in conjunction with our Men's Small Group at church. Cutting out a lot of TV has really made me feel like there is a LOT more time in the day.
